Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Image2JSON platform ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Image2JSON provides an AI-powered tool that analyzes visual content to generate structured JSON data and descriptive prompts. We utilize third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision APIs (including but not limited to Anthropic via Abacus.ai) to process your data.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the consequences of processing it. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to upload the images processed by our Service.

4. Prohibited Content & Zero Tolerance

Strictly Prohibited: You agree NOT to upload, submit, or process any image that contains:

Sexually Explicit Material: Pornography, nudity, or any content of a sexual nature.
Child Exploitation (CSAM): Any depiction of minors in a sexual, compromised, or suggestive context. We maintain a ZERO TOLERANCE policy. Any detection of such material will result in an immediate ban and will be reported to the relevant authorities (NCMEC, Europol, or local police) along with your IP address and metadata.
Violence & Gore: Graphic violence, self-harm, or promotion of illegal acts.
Non-Consensual Imagery: Images ("deepfakes" or real) uploaded without the subject's consent.

We reserve the right to ban any user and terminate access immediately without notice if we suspect a violation of this clause.

5. Disclaimer of Liability on Output

Image2JSON is a processing tool, not a publisher.

We are not responsible for the content of the images uploaded by users.
We are not responsible for the JSON output, descriptions, or prompts generated by the AI. The AI may occasionally generate text that is offensive, inaccurate, or inappropriate based on the input image.
You agree that any use of the generated prompts (e.g., to generate new AI images in tools like Midjourney or Stable Diffusion) is your sole responsibility. Image2JSON disclaims all liability for any derivative works you create using our data.

6. AI Limitations & Accuracy

The Service relies on artificial intelligence, which is probabilistic and prone to errors ("hallucinations"). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the JSON analysis. The output is provided "AS IS" and should be verified by a human.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Image2JSON, its operators, and third-party providers from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your violation of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including copyright or privacy rights.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
